Agile leadersihp Day
For a few years I have run a workshop at this event with my colleague Andreas. Typically it is a gamification of going from strategy to execution with role playing involving elements of quarterly planning with objectives and key results.

Unammed AGILE UNCONFERENCE
In 2024, I teamed up with a few colleagues from the industry and we created an informal, invite only meetup as an experiment. It was a combination of a conference and unconference with three spaces running in parallel.
